VetSurg Ventura – Board-Certified Surgeon Opportunity at a Privately Owned Coastal Surgery Center

VetSurg Ventura is seeking a kind, conscientious, and motivated ACVS Board-Certified Surgeon to join our growing practice. We are adding a fourth surgeon and are especially interested in a recently boarded colleague who values a supportive environment with strong mentorship, collaborative teamwork, and ongoing professional development. Our surgeons regularly collaborate on challenging cases pre-surgery, intra-op, and post-op to achieve the best patient outcomes. We prioritize a team approach and share expertise to allow patient care to be maximized.

As a privately owned practice celebrating our tenth year, we are excited to welcome a surgeon who wants to grow with us and contribute to our expanding vision.

Our purpose-built, 13,000 sq. ft. facility features four fully equipped, integrated operating rooms and emphasizes minimally invasive surgery. Arthroscopy, fluoroscopy, laparoscopy, and thoracoscopy are routinely integrated into our workflow to provide low-morbidity, high-quality care. As an ACVS MIS Orthopedic Training Center with two associate surgeons currently in fellowship training, our practice fosters a rich environment for peer learning, mentorship, and skill development.
