Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is seeking a small animal veterinarian to join our dedicated and compassionate team in Victoria, Texas. We are a well-established, full-service hospital that shares our facility with Nexus Veterinary Specialists, allowing for a unique hybrid practice environment offering both general practice and specialty care under one roof.

This position provides a rare opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to gain direct, hands-on experience working alongside board-certified specialists, including exposure to orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, advanced imaging, and complex case management. Candidates with a strong interest in learning and professional development in specialty care will thrive in our collaborative setting.

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with an active Texas license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge in small animal medicine, including preventive care, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient and client care
