Live Oak Veterinary Specialists (LOVS) is a new, independently owned specialty and emergency hospital opening in beautiful Savannah, GA. Our mission is to strengthen the human–animal bond and build healthier communities by providing exceptional, compassionate veterinary care — one pet, one person, and one veterinarian at a time.

Founded by Jason King, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology), cMAV, cVPP, MBA, LOVS is driven by a commitment to medical excellence, collaboration, and long-term independence. Dr. King knows what it’s like to be the sole specialist in practice — and built LOVS to ensure that every clinician has the support, balance, and respect they deserve.

We’re currently seeking:

(2) Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialists
(2) Small Animal Surgeons
(1) Criticalist (potential Medical Director)
(1) Cardiologist
(1) Neurologist
Other specialties will be considered based on interest and market demand.

What We Offer:

$200,000 base salary + 25% production (paid quarterly, no negative accrual)
$75,000 signing bonus (paid over 3 years)
