Cutting-edge equipment including:
CT
DR
Ultrasound
Full in-house laboratory
Rigid/soft tissue scopes
Advanced surgical monitoring
A leadership team that prioritizes clinical decision-making, open communication, and supporting you—not micromanaging you
Forward-thinking administrative infrastructure to remove obstacles and streamline your day
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional surgical care (soft tissue and/or orthopedic—your preference and strengths guide the service)
Collaborate with an enthusiastic and supportive ER and specialty team
Participate in case reviews, developing protocols, and helping shape a surgical program grounded in quality and patient-first outcomes
Enjoy a flexible schedule that respects your time and your wellbeing
Contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace aligned with VEST’s core values:
Innovation, Networking, Virtue, Equity, Stewardship, & Transparency
What We Offer
Competitive compensation package with production and bonus opportunities

Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CE allowance, PTO, and 401(k) with profit sharing
Supportive, experienced technicians and assistants so you can focus on surgery—not logistics
A leadership team that genuinely cares about you as a person, not just a producer
The chance to grow with an expanding multi-specialty hospital making a major positive impact on Southeastern Virginia
Why Virginia Beach?
Live where others vacation.
Enjoy:
Coastal living with beaches, boardwalks, waterways, and endless outdoor activities
Minutes from local restaurants, breweries, festivals, and year-round cultural events
