Animal Medical Clinic has been serving Melbourne, Palm Bay and the beaches for over 60 years. We have grown with the area into a 16-doctor practice with locations in Melbourne, Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. We are currently building a fourth practice in West Melbourne. We believe in investing in technology, practicing top quality medicine and providing exceptional client service. All of our practices are AAHA-accredited.
The staff is well-trained, hard-working, and efficient, but we also have a good time and work together as a team to provide exceptional care to our patients and clients.
The Melbourne-Palm Bay area is a great place to live and work. It is not too large, but it is not too small. It has the beaches, both salt and fresh water recreation and lots of other outdoor activities. There are good shopping and dining locations locally, and all the Orlando attractions are just one hour away. The area is known for its space and high-tech industries, and the clients are well-educated and willing to do what is best for their pets. Company History
Animal Medical Clinic was founded in 1964 by Dr. Harold Nelson. Over the years it has grown to have 3 locations, and we are currently building a fourth location in West Melbourne. The practice is currently owned by Drs. Godwin, Thomson and Young.
Benefits
We offer a guaranteed base salary with bonuses based on production. Full time doctors also receive a package of benefits including all association dues, DEA and Florida licenses, health insurance, professional liability insurance, veterinary license defense coverage, continuing education allowance, reduced cost pet care, VIN account access, AI scribe, paid time off and 401k match.
