We are seeking newly-graduated residents, residency-trained veterinarians, and boarded surgeons to join a progressive, employee-owned, 24/7 Emergency and Referral clinic in the beautiful Twin Cities (suburbs of Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie) and Rochester, Minnesota! Must have a desire to work in a collaborative and collegial environment with long-term vision as the veterinary equivalent of Mayo Clinic. Our fantastic group is multi-location, private-practice, with potential for your shareholder ownership.
We have sites in Minneapolis, MN and Rochester, MN (Home of the original Mayo Clinic!) with remodel completed on a 26,000+ sqft building in the north Twin Cities location of Brooklyn Park, MN and a new 7,000 sqft building in Rochester, MN. Three state of the art surgery suites with pre-planned capability for CT, MRI, C-arm, fluoroscopy and additional space for those interested in future rehabilitation. We love teaching and giving back to the community with a wing dedicated to doctor and licensed technician teaching and hands-on training.
What we are offering:
- Base salary of $250,000 - $400,000 pending experience and caseload desired
- Commissions are high industry standard at 25% with no limit on annual pay
- No non-compete
- Unlimited PTO (ask us about this!)
- $3,500 CE budget per year that is *separate* from specialty dues and PLIT
- $10,000 triannual budget for projects you design and desire to further your knowledge and capabilities

- 401k match of 4%

- Don’t want on-call? We have ER doctors that are passionate about surgery at each location, who value collaborative support and empowerment in order to relieve you from after hours involvement. We welcome your engagement in after hours coverage if you share that passion, but can respect needs for after hours disengagement if that makes us the right fit for you!
- We are also partnered with VetSSMART to provide at will locum coverage by ACVS diplomat Dr. Kristina Kiefer to ensure support of time off and case collaborations

Requirements
Our ideal candidate would be:
- Board-certified or residency-trained (with qualifying credentials) in small animal surgery
- Proficiency in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery; an primarily-orthopedic position may be considered
- Proficiency and interest in non-invasive procedures such as arthroscopy and laparoscopy
- Interested in being a part of a collegial and collaborative environment
- Interested in a primary position location in the southern metro of the Twin Cities / or in the beautiful country between Rochester and the Twin Cities
