What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care by:

• Assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations and medical procedures
• Safely restraining and handling canine and feline patients
• Preparing exam rooms and treatment areas
• Monitoring patient comfort and recording vital signs
• Administering medications and treatments as directed
• Collecting laboratory samples and assisting with diagnostics
• Supporting surgical and dental procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
• Educating clients on preventive care and discharge instructions
• Collaborating with teammates to provide exceptional client service and patient care

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous veterinary assistant experience in a veterinary hospital
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
