You’ll step into a high-volume, highly collaborative surgical service alongside multiple surgeons, neurologists, surgery interns, residents, and a CCRP—all working together in a culture built around shared expertise and case continuity.
Our 30,000-square-foot facility is equipped for serious medicine:
- Five fully equipped ORs, including a Storz Smart OR
- Intraoperative fluoroscopy
- Arthrex arthroscopy and plating systems
- 1.5T MRI and 256-slice CT
- A steady mix of orthopedic elective cases + high-acuity ER trauma referrals
You’ll never be short on challenging, meaningful surgery or the support to do it well!
Rehab + whole-patient care built in
Our integrated rehabilitation team brings the full toolkit:
- Underwater treadmill
- Laser therapy
- Compression and cryotherapy systems
- Robust physical therapy program for optimized recovery outcomes

Requirements
- Board-Certified (DACVS) Veterinary Surgeon or Residency-Trained Veterinarian
- Strong clinical judgment and surgical proficiency in orthopedics and soft tissue
- Excellent communication and case management skills
- Interest in building and optimizing outpatient surgical workflows
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
